"Excellent, excellent service. I came in with a hole in one of my tires and they took care of it, no problem. Came back today to have my tires rotated and experienced the same level of care. I was even running late and there seemed to be some sort of scheduling mixup, but they assured me they would fit me in and take care of it (which they did). The gentlemen at the counter treated me with kindness and respect. I was so amazed with their service that it was the first thing I told my husband about when he got home from work. "Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle and doing the right thing! I had an issue with my vehicle a month ago and it was resolved by Omaha Car Care, however at about a month there was something going on with my car and my check engine light was on. I brought it here and it turns out it was related to the first visit so they fixed it without a charge!! I was so worried about how I would be able to afford another fix so soon and the guys here said since it was related to the first issue so closely they didn't feel it would be right to charge me again. Any other place would have stuck me with a large bill and made the profit. This is why my family and I have gone here for many years and more to come. We always get treated right!
