"Old review edited. Attempted to make a purchase. Conversation with another customer ensued. So my purchase was halted. All fine and dandy for a small town parts store. Friendly and knowledgeable. Just not for me. I'll take cold, impersonate, and efficient every time. Customer involved in conversation was my uncle. His purchase was complete. He felt bad about the lack of customer service and purchased the items as a gift. I politely declined. I'd prefer to get my items from a place that values customers equally."
