"My truck was needing serviced and I also noticed a rattling noise inside my cab. Mikal, who helped me with purchasing the truck months ago, went out of his way to schedule both the service and have the issue looked at. They got both done in the same day and the fixed the noise problem. Great customer service and quality work done."
"Ford Blair sales experience at the dealership went well. They were patient and guided me to the right vehicle for my needs at the price range I was looking for. However financing could have been more responsive with the details on the phone and with delivery. The delivery driver was in a rush when he dropped my vehicle off and I noticed he had left some hot tamalie candies on the driver's side floor that he'd dropped. Let's just say his customer service skills is lacking. But in the end on got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted so I recommend Woodhouse Ford albeit would have been a better experience if I would have done the whole transaction in house."
"Our purchase experience at Woodhouse Ford in Blair, NE was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Robbie Layman did an absolutely fantastic job greeting us, showing us the vehicle we were interested in, and then following up with the sale. He was very low pressure and was more interested in our satisfaction with the vehicle than making a sale. John, the finance manager, also was very friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Robbie and Woodhouse Ford in Blair. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience."
"Thank you Woodhouse Ford for a great service department! My service advisor Drew is awesome. How he communicates with me when my truck is in the shop, his scheduling, answers all my questions and is great to work with. Thank you Drew! And Thank you Woodhouse Ford!"
"This review is based on my experience today with the service and the parts department only. If I was to go off my experience with Sarah and another lady I would give 5 stars. They were prompt to receive my vehicle in for an oil change and looked up my maintenance agreement quickly which I was quite surprised with. Very efficient. My vehicle has some maintenance that needs attention and the technician found them and documented them for us with the option to make the necessary fixes. My oil change and inspection was pretty quick overall and my vehicle was in better condition than when it came in. The facility is immaculate inside and that is always nice to see. Clean seating area and restrooms also! There is coffee offered and water from a cooler. The coffee offering isn’t over the top like at Bob Balderston’s Blue Springs Ford but it’s better than nothing and sure to be appreciated. Now for my negative issues: I felt as if when I wanted to inquire about a part I needed was a burden, and although my initial part inquiry was referred to Sarah how it was addressed was somewhat cold. My wife also wanted another part ordered that is missing on my expedition, and when I went over a couple times following my first visit to the desk nobody was attending it anymore. Now my biggest beef was when I was dealing with a getting a replacement key that I have an extended warranty to replace it. Sarah politely asked a (service manager Scott?) the procedure for handling it. I had done the initial leg work with the warranty company before addressing the dealership with my needs. I was told most likely the simplistic ideas of how the transaction would be taken care of by my warranty company and by my chosen location to transact the replacement. Even so the man whom I’m calling Scott (because I wasn’t properly introduced to him) chose to elaborate on how the behind the scene details will go because of prior experiences and told me that depending on how the discussion went with the warranty company and the potential time that could speculatively be involved (1/2-1 hour for example on phone given hypothetical scenario) that Woodhouse is going to tack on an additional $100 charge for the process of dealing with the warranty company. Honestly the way he spoke, his expressions, and his justification for this charge is a major turn off. What happened to going above and beyond for customers? Service after the sale is business 101 because of all the residual income of taking care of the customers needs and their potential future sales. I know the warranty company has a limit on what they pay for these keys so with that in mind most likely I am the one to be penalized by this charge. To this I responded to Scott with “ok what are you going to do for me as the customer”? It really was disappointing that I genuinely felt it was troublesome to them to provide the service and it came across as go somewhere else for this. All this of course was not directly expressed in exact words as such but more like just beating around the bush to tell me this indirectly. How things are presented to a customer goes a long way I feel, and the thousands of people like yourself that read these reviews likely do too. I didn’t buy my vehicle here, but my company I work for does and normally I keep business local, and I would have most likely had my Chevy not broken down on a trip. Maybe this was an off day for a couple people and unfairly it has influenced my review. Sarah and the lady whom vacuumed my vehicle were outstanding though and both were greatly appreciated. Sarah promised follow up with me tomorrow on ordering my key. I will have some other opportunities to visit again. Tomorrow the collision center is replacing my windshield, and so far they have been exemplary as my review from a few weeks ago states. I will update my further experiences as I deal more later with Woodhouse Service and Parts. Edit: I went back on 3/22 and like before my experience with Sarah was spectacular and my vehicle was repaired very professionally."
