"Cruz Construction just completed a commercial parking lot job for us. It had been 15 years since the lot was done and it was in terrible shape with alligatoring. wide cracks and bad erosion. We received a welcome opinion and quote to just remove the worst asphalt, crack fill, and slurry coat. The entire crew was 100% professional, on time, and did an excellent job. We even got a substantial rebate on our original quote when they discovered that they did not need to remove as much of the old asphalt as they originally thought would be necessary!"

"Our Community has hired Cruz Construction to slurry seal our roads. It is a large and expensive project and so far Cruz Construction has been extremely disappointing. They are not returning residents phone calls and worse the original schedule to slurry seal 1/2 of each road at a time they are not keeping. They are closing off entire streets in our community and residents cannot get out of their homes. Emergency vehicles have advised that they will drive over the wet streets if need be and hold Cruz Construction liable to any damages to their vehicle's or equipment. I would never recommend Cruz Construction, they do not keep their word, change plans at the last minute and are non-communicative. Nevada Resident"

"Cruz Construction has completed several asphalt jobs for me, one commercial and one driveway at my home. The crews are professionals who take the time to do the job right. No sloppy edges or black tar on the concrete. During the grading, they dug up a conduit that I placed so that I could have lights on both sides of the driveway. It was not noted until after the asphalt had been laid. They willingly came back, removed the asphalt and replaced the conduit. They then replaced the asphalt to look as good as new. No problem, no hassel."
