"Horrible experience all the time. The customer service here stinks from manager down to employees. I will never come back here again. Being stressed out is not an excuse to not provide customer service. ReTraining is needed from management down at this location. It also does not help to over here employees complaining about the company they work for. You don't like your job please leave so someone else can provide the service that you lack the skills for. I believe I speak for all consumers that we should not pay for poor service! Update as of 12/23/23, we went back into the store today and was greeted with warm regards. The manager did come out and apologize for her behavior and her staff. It's all anyone want in this world is to be respected and treated with dignity. We accepted her apology and look forward to coming again."

"Been a member for over 30 years but cancelling my account with them now due to POOR customer service we just received by Danae Nicholson the store manager and her district manager Michael Heywood!! Kay’s just ruined my daughter’s wedding by not honoring the coupon we forgot at home which is an hour and half drive away! We were there to purchase the other half of her ring and her fiance’s ring today but I guess you guys DON’T take care of your valued customers?? I’ve worked in customer service as a manager for over 30 years myself and I know there’s a way to TAKE care of your valued customers! Apparently that’s not Kay’s way! You all should be ashamed of your customer service especially this manager and her cocky attitude!"
