"Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Such a rip off. I paid for the wash, plus the additional “hot lava” treatment and when I pulled in, the machine started and added soap to my whole truck and then stopped and said thank you and the door opened. I was left with a dirty soapy truck. I seen an attendant walk inside the building, so I knocked on the door, but no one ever came out. Went to the self serve sprayer to wash it myself, only to find that the credit card reader did not work. Now I have to drive to Sioux City to get my truck rinsed off and cleaned because when you call this place the number is not a working number."

"I have a coupon for a car wash. I went to the car wash in Moville and tried to use the coupon. It didn't work and then I tried to call the number on the back of the coupon. This also didn't work. Where are these people that run the Moville car wash? I am very disappointed in this company and want to express my dissatisfaction in person."
