"Tried to call the local office, followed the prompts to get a person at the office, only to get the recording that the person’s mailbox is full and the call disconnects. I tried twice. Enterprise lost the rental, I went to another agency."

"This is the worst place to rent a car or enterprise. After leaving city and the car at SUX Airport in perfect condition we received an email from "Damage Recovery Unit" for unknown damages which claims that we are responsible for this. This was shocking as we did all the checks to vehicle as we left from the city and no damages were to be seen anywhere. Very unprofessional experience and sad to see this false claim. Not recommended!"

"Got a super sweet Toyota Camry, excited about that! This place is located at the Sioux City Airport, a small place and the car rentals are right by the baggage claim. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was anticipating my flight on being late and they did offer to stay open later past the 5 pm closure, or bring my car to me the next day. That is the kind of customer service that I both want and respect. I will definitely be renting again when I comeback to the area!!!!"

"We had to come here after being sent away from the Enterprise location on Gordon Drive which did not have a vehicle available for rental. Although that was annoying, it actually worked out very well because the service representative was incredibly accommodating, giving us a discount for the hassle, and even giving us a free late night return without an additional day charge. I would definitely suggest choosing Enterprise over the other car rental agencies at this airport if you're in need of a vehicle."
