"Attention truck drivers! Shipping and receiving at this location is a pleasure. First contact was with Steve (one of two Steves) in security. Both, are very professional and courteous. Second contact was with the two young ladies at the door preforming Covid screening of anyone walking through the door. They too were very professional, courteous and happy to greet people. I could see their smiles despite the fact they were wearing masks! A floor supervisor was involved with my delivery and pick up. I believe her name Jamie. Also, very kind. As I walked back to my truck, there was another employee standing outside the door. I stopped to tell him what a pleasure it was to be at this location. He smiled back and told me, "Yes. This is a great place to work. People here are very nice." I'm looking forward to returning here again. Thank you to all the Newgistics employees I had pleasure of speaking with this morning. You've added sunshine to my day! May you all have a wonderful day."

"I left a quite scathing review, but I'm now updating it to say the person I was able to talk to was quite reasonable, and much nicer to me on the second call. I still hate the automated phone menu, it's definitely broken and you need to get your IT people or whoever takes care of that to give it a look."

"I have had a package sitting at a Newgistis facility in Hayward, California since April 8, 2020. It was ordered from Amazon April 3, 2020. Amazon claims to have cancelled the order... a couple of weeks after it was shipped. Amazon is NOT accepting ANY telephone calls... they have their own problems going on. The actual company that shipped the package is located in China. I am not calling China. I have called Newgistics, Inc.'s local Sparks, NV location and their national toll free number. Everytime I call Newgistics Inc., their automated system gives me an option to select status of a package. When I do I am told to call the retailer with whom I placed the order. This is ridiculous!!!"

"Four days they have had 4 packages sitting across town because they can’t find the post office. Try getting them to help you... forget about it ! They say call the retailer they will know more about where they are!!! They traveled over 1000 miles in 4 days only to FAIL COMPLETELY TRAVEL THE LAST 10 MILES IN ANOTHER 4 days. I bet they don’t make in in five. Message in a bottle is more efficient"
