Beat Karaoke

"We walked in at 3am and the security guy told us we were good to go since they closed at 5am. Unfortunately, we were discriminated by the manager, and he shooed us away. He stated the place was closing and not accepting more groups. However, another group walked in after us. They were greeted with a smile and taken to a room. When we walked out literally less than 5 minutes, the security guard was perplexed. I was very disappointed with this experience and embarrassed for bringing my siblings over here for their bday. I have been to Beat karaoke in the past with my Asian friends and never had an issue like this. I came to the realization that no one in my group was Asian. Everyone in the lobby area was Asian. We were discriminated against by the manager because of our race. I guess they dont like brown people bringing them business."

"This place is cool and up kept. The room is nice with a good space for our group. The only draw back is the service, the guy helping us kept on leaving us so quickly and told us he has to be at the bar.. knowing it is a Saturday night, they should have take into consideration that it will get busy.. unfortunately, we've asked a few times repeatedly to turn the air up because it was roasting in the room. Same with the items we ordered from the menus we have to bother them after over 30 mins of waiting.. too bad because we wanted to just enjoy and relax but it's only the last hour that seem we can.. we decided to try this place because of the reviews but now, it disappoint."

"Brand new Korean karaoke place (Dec. 2021). As it is new, the room is very clean and nice. Sound system is powerful and good. TJ media system FYI. I had no chance to taste the foods yet unfortunately but surely will try out next time. Staffs are really friendly and passionate. They did take care of us very generously. This place has plenty of spaces in the main lobby so I assume it should be a perfect place for a big party group. Excited to have a new karaoke place and expecting to come again."
