"Utopia is hands down one of the best hookah lounges in the area. It’s unlike a lot of the other hookah joints in the Vegas strip with sub-par shisha and not-the-best customer service. They use a heat management system, have top shisha brands like Al-Fahker, and actually know how to pack the shisha. The vibes are also top notch. Decorations and the craftsmanship of the woodwork give this place an elegant and modern feel. You can tell the owners are passionate about giving customers a great experience. The vibes here match exactly what I think a hookah lounge should be. Next time the friends and I are in Vegas we’re most definitely stopping by again!"
