"Good selection of name brand glasses and updated fashion styles. Wish they would take my insurance for prescription. They can do a reimbursement thing however seemed like a whole process I didnt want to deal with so I ended up buying somewhere else."
"I went in thinking I can find a pair of new polarized sunglasses but what ended up happening was even better. The customer service personnel were amazing, helpful and friendly. I wanted the perfect pair but they didn't have what I wanted in store so, they brought me to a big screen where I can customize a pair that I did see in store and make it my own. This was fun. I was able to get the perfect pair of polarized sunglasses."
"I had a great experience at downtown Summerlin Sunglass hut store but I had a really terrible experience at Meadows mall Sunglass hut store in Las Vegas with manager Karina. Karina G at store 4086 was extremely rude and asked me to exchange the glasses at the original store from where it was bought. And she called the other store not to accept the glasses. I went to the other store and not only exchanged glasses but bought another pair happily because they were really nice and I did not mind spending money."
"She tried her damnedest to find sunglasses I would like that still fit my big head. Wanted something round and dressy to wear at a wedding to be best man (Same day). She hooked me up, though, even with my low price range. If you plan ahead you can customize the sunglasses and have them ordered if they don't have em in stock"
"Visited Sunglass Hut - 9/18/20 Decided to get my hubby some new sun glasses for his birthday today, so we stopped by the Sunglass Hut in Downtown Summerlin. As we walked up to the entrance, a customer service rep was inside standing near the door. We thought that he would open the door for us, but that didn't happen (no biggie, right?). So, we walk in and we were greeted as if the customer rep wasn't quite sure if we were going to buy anything (eh, it happens, right?). The rep gave us a quick run down of which brands were what, and where the luxury ones were, off to the right of the store. Out of the blue, this tall young man with way too many tattoos, stands behind me and my husband, in a very harassing sort of way. Maybe he was in the military - perhaps stationed somewhere in the Ukraine or Germany? Not sure about all of that, but the vibe was definitely uncomfortable. As we were being watched by the giant, militant customer service rep, we finally picked out a pair of sunglasses. We must have become real customers in the militant rep's eyes because he all of a sudden became a human, who spoke. He then explained that there was only one register and that we would have to social distance (as if we all don't know that already - but reminders are good, right?). As my husband and I stood in line, there was a customer who seemed as if she was making a return. She was returning luxury glasses and was being helped, personally, by the manager. These two were the chattiest ladies I have ever seen. It was as if they were the only ones in the store and no one was in line waiting to pay for their merchandise. The manager didn't even think stop and say, " apologies for wait "paying customers" or something along those lines. Put it to you this way - when the time finally came for my husband and I to be checked out, the manager and the chatty customer (who seemed to need a friend more than a refund) were STILL TALKING. The manager even made sure to provide her name, and both of the customer service reps name. The manager also made sure to advise her to leave a review. As my husband and I were leaving, the manager walked right past us as if we didn't exist. Maybe it was because we didn't go for the Versace glasses or a luxury brand. Not sure why we were treated the way we were but I felt compelled to leave a review about the experience. Very displeased to say the least and will not be back."
