"Big waste of time! I arranged to take my car in today at one. Shows up an hour later, claiming he had told me a week from today. Just told me to come back later... yeah, right! He must have forgotten our conversation since I had mentioned I was visiting from Los Angeles and would be leaving that weekend. I don’t know where he came up with next tuesday since I would have been 1800 miles away. Not a good impression to leave with out of towners, son!"
