"Our appointment with Sarah Ihnen was on time. I understand this is her job everyday but felt we had to slow her down to ask questions along the way about certain items on the documents. Then the company forgot to send our money to pay off a loan. Left a message on Sarah's voice mail on 09/07/23 to understand what took place and when the check is going to be sent to pay off the loan. As of today, still no call back. We closed on 8/22/23."
