"Seeing a lot of people saying they wish they could give 0 stars for this shop and wish I could too. The staff — INCLUDING the manager were incredibly rude when confronted for charging me for a diagnostic test I NEVER asked for and I got nothing fixed because they quoted me $4.6K to fix repairs I didn’t ask about and only wanted one thing fixed. They are literally trying to rob you. Do not go to this location. My partner has gone to the 12th street location and never had to pay for them to check an issue on his car or charged an unasked for diagnostic. I can’t speak to the service of that location but so ridiculous and I felt incredibly disrespected and like an easy target for them trying to rob."

"NEVER take your vehicle to this shop. They are twice the price and half the customer service as other local shops. They won't tell you this but they will charge you an outrageous "diagnostics" fee which just for them looking at the car before doing anything. Its more than twice that of local standard. After getting a price back I immediately asked Tires Tires Tires what they would charge for the same work and it was less than half. 1200 vs 600 bucks. So naturally I said "no thank you" to Meineke and they charged me 180 bucks for taking a look at the car for 15 minutes."

"I took my vehicle in to replace the battery and windshield wipers. I waited while the work was completed and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. The staff and customer service was great."

"I received prompt service when I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I asked about a tire sensor issue and was quoted before service the estimated cost which I told them to do it. The mechanic that worked on my car actually found the sensor just needed to be reset. This saved me the additional cost for this service! Couldn’t be happier"

"Had a bad battery in my rental and the cold made it where it wouldn't start. Initially(Thursday 1/19/2024) Meineke said they would be able to take care of it. Was able to get the vehicle jump started by the tow driver, and now today the car won't start and all of sudden Meineke won't change-out the battery because it's a rental. If I ever have issues with my new vehicle I will not take it to Mieneke. They can't seem to be consistent especially when another of their locations on 12th St. is willing to make the repair but is completely booked."
