"I wanted to make this review a bit earlier, but got swamped with work/life balance. Also, I never received the survey after my rentals. I came to kirkwood for the first time and not only loved the resort but was a huge fan of the team supporting my snowboard rental process. I called ahead and talked to Eva who promptly answered all my questions before I got to the resort. A huge shoutout to Vinny, Eva, Fermin, Dylan & Bre who went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right gear. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but they were also efficient giving me more time on the mountain. I definitely would recommend going in and talking to one of those individuals. They made my birthday weekend amazing!"
