"I got a new 12 gauge shotgun from Gforce in December and have had nothing but trouble with the mag jamming. When I called in January 2024 they said they would look at gun and would send me a shipping label. That never happened. I have tried emailing them and calling them many times. NO response. Calls only go to voicemail and emails are ignored. I'm not even sure this company exist anymore."

"Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a new firearm and they walked me through the repair over the phone. Said they'd be happy to bring it into the shop for repair if I couldn't troubleshoot over the phone, but it ended up being an easy fix. Gun works flawlessly now and I love it!"

"I bought an AR 12. Tried shooting it and it started coming apart. I sent it back in, was told I should receive an email when it was supposed to be shipped back. Didn't get that email and it was left at my doorstep. This is a firearm being shipped smh. Thinking the problem was fixed no it was worse. After about 8 rounds it wouldn't fire at all. They told me they would replace it with a new one. I sent mine back in and not a peep from them. Every time I call it's closed. Might have to file action because this is ridiculous."
