"Brought my dirtbike in running riding and the manager threw my bike out into the alley with the main case open and taken apart and gave me a box full of the parts taken off. 0/10 would never recommend coming here due to the manager acting like an angry drunk causing a scene and yelling in front of my 6 yr old son. The owner or manager here was acting like an angry drunk, honestly the worst service I've ever experienced. The techs and other staff have always been friendly and do a great job but this guy gave me nothing but problems and attitude from the start. I was told someone would check my dirtbike out Monday, I said ok cool let me know. Tuesday I called and he was super rude and said no we haven't touched it yet. So I waited a full week and then called back and he immediately was angry and rude saying I was calling every day (mind you I called twice in 7 days because I got no eta) then he finally says that they are 3 weeks backed up and tried to say I knew that when I was never told anything about it. Once they looked into my clutch issue I was called in to be shown whats going on. Techs were kind and easy to talk to but then that manager came out and was yelling and being as rude as possible trying to force me to replace everything that had any little issue or else he would send it out of the shop with my parts in a box and the main case open and exposed. I tried talking to him calmly and trying to work things out but he ended up throwing all the parts into a box and pushed my bike outside in an alley when I told him I didn't bring my hitch carrier with me to pick it up cuz I was just supposed to be seeing whats going on. Needless to say I will not be back unless I find out this guy is not there anymore."
