"One star only because I had to pick one. Went in yesterday for new grips. Was told to come back this morning...not done. Wife went to pick them up at end of day...still not done.. plus they charged $4. per grip, even when I bought the grips there, from them!!!???? Happy to inform that these guys made things right. I Was issued a refund for the overcharging of installing new grips and apolized to for the slow service. It is nice to know that they read their reviews and have pride enough to fix things."
