They go out of there way to explain every detail to you before they do anything with your jewerly. They resized my wedding rings, replaced watch batteries, and even helped me make my bridesmaids gifts. Even if you come in with crazy ideas they work with you to make your jewerly ideas a reality."

We received very friendly and professional help in getting the watch resized properly. She didn't even charge us for the resizing.
