"First time here. I see other reviews on great customer service. How that happened, I'm sure I don't know... Customer service was so bad that I almost didn't want to finish hearing the instructions on safety. My friend and I almost walked out. So we finished our one bag of bullets, cleaned our lane and left. If you can go to the Oaktree shooting range I would recommend it. Just don't go on Monday because it's closed, which is why we even ended up here."
