"upon calling to ask a question a Lady answered the phone in what seemed to be a very happy friendly mannor. I asked if they cash checks w/o ID and she she quickly said no.I ask if she knew anywhere that did and she giggled as she replied no thank you and hung up on me!! I called back after and she refused to answer the phone it range for at least two minutes before disconnecting without being answered then i called again and let it ring like 12 times before she finally answered. very rude people"
