"We were broke down in our RV, with no water, sitting for 4 days in a shop parking lot. I was recommended by 3 other companies that Water Pros could help. I phoned and left a detailed message on their primary business phone number. I then called their "Emergency" number and left a message there as well. I ALSO emailed them as per their "Emergency" instructions as to how to reach them. Didn't even receive a courtesy call saying they wouldn't or couldn't help! I realize I called on Saturday after Thanksgiving but if they weren't providing services over the weekend, why leave an "Emergency" number?? Thanks for nothing Water Pros!"
