"We had a pool built. Admiral pools is the last step in our pool being complete. Not our choice but the pool builder is who hired them for the pool set up. They sent out a guy.. same guy three times. He had zero knowledge of what he was doing. He said we had a clog in the pipe. He tried to blow it out and in the process blew up the bag and he’s lucky he didn’t hurt himself. It was never a clog. There is a plug in the skimmer that you need a tool to take it out. He never removed it. Three times he’s come out. Obviously he is not trained properly. The owner was supposed to come today to fix and finish what needs to be done. The owner never showed up. We have been attempting to finish this project for way too long. This company does not care about their customers. If we could hire another company we would. Admiral is the worst! We are now sitting on a three day weekend after already waiting weeks."

"I contacted the company via email, and was helped to determine that my heater needs a closer look, and scheduled a time. Hired Admiral Pool Solutions to give me an assessment on the pool gas heater for $150. Everyone at the company, from the admin to the technician were very professional. The technician looked at the heater, he determined that it is working and has no leaks, but that since it's old, it's no longer serviceable because parts could not be purchased. No rocket science in determining my heater is old and could use a replacement. I was expecting this outcome, so I asked for an estimate to replace the heater, and at the same time, I asked for an estimate on upgrade my old single-speed pump into a variable speed pump. He suggested automation so I also asked for a quote there too. The reason my review is two stars, is because while the company was very professional and did everything they needed, I won't be able to hire them to do the pool equipment upgrades. I was quoted over $6.5K to install a $3.5K heater, over $3K to install a sub-$2k pump, and $3K for the automation. I hope this review helps other potential customers to be careful and evaluate the estimates closely. Let's take the automation out of the equation -- that's still $9.5K for a 1 day job to replace two items which all that requires is a few hours of professional plumbing. Given contractor price on equipment could be $5K, that's $4.5K to have one, perhaps two technicians working for 6 hours. That's a rate of $750/hour. Needless to say, I looked for alternatives and found 1 awesome pool solution company that has been for 25+ years in the industry, it's approved by NV Energy as an approved pool professional, and the same job (pump + heater), all in, will cost in the upper $6K. Looks like Admiral Pool Solutions is for the ultra-rich, Mayweather like households where money is no object."

"I have an in floor cleaner that is electric and it is difficult to find a company that can work on that particular cleaner. These guys were great! They did the job in the time frame they promised and they didn’t have to replace the motor that I already agreed to pay for which saved me a little bit of money. This morning, I received a call from a guy named Chris to discuss other changes I’d like to do. Chris was great! I’m recommending them to family and friends and I’ll be using them again."
