Yellowstone Clubhouse

"We were wrongly given a violation for trash left out by our neighbor that moved out. Our house is an entirely different color with entirely different bushes. They removed it along with proof of the removal after we gave them pictures, but it's unacceptable to make such a mistake. I can understand if the houses were the same color, but this wasn't the case. That put us at risk of making us look bad to the company we're renting from (could have kicked us out for violations, and we currently have 0) and cost us fees for something we didn't do. No actual apology either, just the run of the mill letter. I'd advised being prepared to watch your neighbors warily and take pictures when stuff seems wrong, or outright calling and informing them to make sure you aren't being tagged wrongfully. Which is a shame for a generally clean and quiet community to be tarnished by sloppy handling of enforcement of rules."

"The absolute worst HOA you will ever have to deal with. Our car got towed away and usually when you park out front, they put a notice on your car saying "You have 48 hours to move or your car will get towed" well they didnt do it this time and just towed it away like it's nothing. We are in a midst of a pandemic and are moving, so our garage is full. We only parked the car out front for a day or 2 and without a notice they tow it away. I called and askes nicely if they could do something about it and the lady practically said, "oh well, figure it out." I will never buy a house with this type of HOA, thank god i was only renting."

"The Clubhouse is beautiful. I had my baby's 1st birthday party there and recei6many compliments. The pools are really nice too, as well as the gym. Really enjoy"

"Very nice clubhouse but... this HOA is very strict beware if you’re trying to purchase a house in Yellowstone!! I bought a home thinking I was getting a great deal with the clubhouse but I can’t enjoy my time especially with my family without being harassed. They require every person in the same household to have an access key which is additional money! What’s new?? Every where you go is about money. I pay my HOA dues and understand about having rules and regulations but to an extent. Staff definitely lack of customer service. Oh and definitely forgot to mention parking beware you don’t have a permit they will tow it!! It’s no wonder why I see people in the neighborhood selling constantly because there not happy"

"If you own a home in the area you can enjoy the clubhouse because your HOA fees pay for it. However, if you rent, they want to charge you $100 per adult per year and $50 per child for annual passes. So I have to live by the community HOA rules but yet I can't enjoy the clubhouse (HOA fees are still paid by the owner) and they never send us info about community events at the parks. I'm pretty sure if we were in a condo area with the same situation we wouldn't have to pay extra! Really don't like this area now."
