"They were out within 2 hours to our place in Paauilo. He cleared the pipes and used the camera to see exactly what was going on. He also put in new faucet in the kitchen, and put in the toilet. He was hardworking, professional and friendly. It was a great relief to get things going again. We are happy we called this place out of the phone book."

"Unfortunately, my experience with Rooter-Man was disappointing...and well, horrible. I've actually never left a bad review in my life, but this is definitely worthy of the post. They came out to fix a leak at our property. Once the technician arrived they turned off our hot water, and went to go get a part to repair the leak, and said they would be back later that afternoon. However, after waiting around for them the whole day, they didn't return until 7pm that night. At this point we missed them because we were out to dinner. The next day they said they would be out later in the afternoon. However, in late afternoon when they hadn't arrived yet, I called back and to check in on their timing. After speaking to the dispatcher she stated there was a miscommunication on our call earlier, and said that they booked the technician throughout the rest of the day, and he wouldn't be able to make it today, or tomorrow either. With no hot water and going in to the weekend I was very disappointed, and said let's schedule for Monday. They responded that they didn't have time on Monday either and we should "find someone else" to do the work. Being very frustrated by the turn of events, I asked to have the manager call me back. I was told he would, and he never did. As I write this, we still don't have hot water. I would definitely not recommend Rooter-Man."
