"Quick, honest, friendly service! Saved me more than $60 compared to an Apple store and let me keep the damaged parts! He was able to initially assess the damage within 5min. Then determined what needed to be replaced within 15min. My touch screen needed to be replaced due to water damage. He guessed the price of the repair at an Apple Store off the top of his head and was perfectly accurate to what I looked up on Apple’s website. There was also some damage to the “silent mode” switch and the Face ID, and he showed me how to work around both features so that I don’t need to pay for them to be replaced."
