"Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Called to have my washer repaired and was referred by another company. Quoted 175 (prepaid-to even book the appt) and 199/hr plus parts. Explained to the girl on the phone (who had a child in the background) that I had a prior bad experience with a different company [of paying 150 service call also prepaid(told me what I needed-prepay part-also done 200) then 5 weeks later called and wanted 800 more dollars for something else] I requested to have a call back from the owner so I could discuss my situation as I know what's needed and she said that she didn't have the owner of the company's number, when I repeated that I would like a call back please she said "if your gonna yell at me" .... sadly I think this repair company is not a personally owned business.. Funny thing is I NEVER write bad reviews but these fake appliance repair companies are terrible for people who actually work hard to make a living"
