All they did was try to use it and then said guess you’ll need to buy a new one you should’ve gotten a warranty… I suspected that I might need to just replace the item but at least do the bare minimum attempt to go through steps that could be easily searched."

"Elijah at Geek Squad is really great at explaining problems, the process and the way forward to remedy the issue. He absolutely deserves 5 stars. The other taller gentleman was extremely vague and not wanting to help. Very poor customer service on his part. 1 star or less. He's probably the cause of the poor reviews."
