"My washer was able to work with some manipulation before the tech came to repair. Repair Tech came and replaced the circuit board on my washer, then left and now it will not even start a cycle. Repair Tech MADE IT WORSE!.! They told me 2 weeks before they can come back to fix. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL"

"If we could give a review to the people who issue the warranties on our appliances, in my case, Lowes. I would give Lowes specialist who sold the warranty a "Zero" star. There are only two Repair services that repairs Islandwide. Crazy but itʻs a fact. They not only service purchases at Lowes but at HomeDepot and other big companies, islandwide. As for Pacific Repair Services, LLC, their customer service is awesome, deserving my updated review and stars. Previous review: my scheduled appointment was changed to a week longer than expected and I needed my washer fixed asap. I gave a one star."
