When he had set up my computer (4 years ago), he had installed a program that made it super simple for me to fix the issue I was having yesterday. "Had to edit my bad review of Kaua’i Computer Repair. Due to some difficult circumstances Josh could not call me back in a timely matter, but he did get ahold of me after I wrote a bad review so I still had him pickup my computer which crashed and died and had him set up a new computer for me. He is very knowledgeable and said what he can do to my new computer. He’s kept me informed all through the time he was repairing my computer and tried to save my hard drive. So tomorrow I get back my computer and I will continue to use and recommend Josh to anyone in need of a computer repair."
