"Dropped off here items here but tracking does not show it was received or shipped? 1 week later nothing....What now? Tried contacting FedEx on phone / chat and unable to reach a live body for answers. Went to FedEx Kinkos to escalate and they couldn't do anything either. Sent a poor rating Survey on the FedEx tracking site on my package but don't expect any action. I'm not using this service anymore and rather take the package to a live body at the store and get a receipt for it."
