"The food is fresh and delicious! Lauren at Malama Meals Oahu really takes the guesswork out of meal prepping during your busy schedule! I was never the best at meal prep but this company took meal prep to a whole new level! It’s also a healthy alternative instead of making stops to the drive thru or frozen dinners after a long day and are too tired to cook. Her meals also compliment your work outs if you’re on a weight loss journey with the right amount of nutrients (lots of veggies lol), proteins, and carbs. The online ordering system is user-friendly and she has images of the meals she is preparing for the week. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating! You can pick up at the Nimitz business center near “Other Realms” or they deliver! Just make sure to get your order in before Sunday for it to make it on the next delivery! Don’t forget to tip your driver! They work really hard to get you your delicious meals! If you’re new to healthier food, it may take a bit to get used to it but once you do it’s totally delicious and I highly recommend this business to help you make that adjustment to healthier food options. You won’t regret it!"
