"Because of the road repair that's happening by my home, USPS can't deliver my mail from 5/10 - 5/12 2022. I've been trying to call the post office from Monday trying to see if they could hold my packages for me to pick up instead. It's already Thursday and can't get thru to anyone working there. And I've tried about 4-5 times calling with no answer. I'm afraid that my packages will be returned to sender because they can't be delivered. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this type of problem from this post office. I've visited this post office and the service wasn't so great. I felt the customer service was reeeeally slow with only one window open to help with customers. I stood in line for over 25 mins just trying to buy stamps. And 40 mins another time picking up a certified mail. I understand the situation about the road repairs that are going on, but they need to answer the phone's to help with questions and mailing issues. If they are under staffed maybe get more people there to help."
"Renton Rd usps staff is really great! After 15+years they've become almost family! But the customer service hours would be better if they were open longer each day or maybe at least open Monday through Saturday each week. Currently they now have the PARCEL LOCKERS which I really appreciate!"
"Ms. Wendy helped my husband and I with processing our passport applications . We had a pre-maid appointment that lasted all of fifteen minutes. She was pleasant very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. What a hidden gem we never even knew this post office existed! Thanks Ms Wendy for your awesome customer service !"
"Tried to get my passport done, they don't do them over the holiday season. Lady at the counter seemed very inconsiderate when informing me of this. They do not answer the phone when you try to schedule an appointment and when confronted the front counter lady just acted like she was so busy doing nothing. I recommend never going to this location for anything, or firing the employees."
