"Update I thought my package had been stolen! The supervisor told me that I had came in a day earlier and picked up my package Wich was not the case. Two weeks later after coming back from vacation They got my package yay! Thank you USPS for your hard work and being reliable to me anyways for 30 years."

"This post office is terrible. The new Kapaa post master a female with short curly hair was previously removed for the north shore for to many complaints. We have had nothing but issues receiving our mail through USPS Kapaa since this change has happened. While I was seeking help a retired social work was tearing the post master a new one while the post master didn't address the issue and walked away without helping either me or the kind older lady asking to see why other people mail was being delivered to her house and not her own mail. UPS and Fedex show up no problem. I have proof that the driver has not been attempting to deliver our mail and will be suing this post office is something isn't done to make this right."

"At the post office: The operating hours are very inconvenient- 9am-4pm, when many of us are at work. Saturday 9am-1pm is kind of a joke, especially since a big mail delivery from the central PO on Oahu arrives around 1pm-2pm. The staff is generally friendly & helpful, to an average degree. I often have packages waiting there via ‘general delivery,’ and for some reason they store them in several spots; I can count on certain staff being thorough and finding them all, while others will simply look in one spot and then tell me there’s no more, ever when there are. Very frustrating. At home: I’ve told my family & friends to stop sending packages to my home, as a huge proportion of them never arrive despite the tracking info. stating they were left in my box or on my porch. This has been the case at 3 different addresses at which I’ve lived, with 2 different mail carriers. One Christmas 2 of 4 packages didn’t get to me, one birthday I only received 1 of 3!! My personal mail carrier is great though, very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable; I give her a solid ‘A’."
