"I refuse to give them any stars if I had a choice. I have to agree with Sam. This Company was selected by previous owner of my home I purchased. I had to carry over their service because I was told by JulieAnn (she handles all service calls plus contracts) that the contract the previous owner of my home signed was still effective even after the house was sold and purchased by me. I could of fought and argued this but it wasn't worth time for me to do that since I needed monitoring service anyway at the time. Wish I would of thought otherwise. Fuzion3 has worst customer service ever that I have experienced. You think if the service is horrible their cost might be competitive to compete in the market but that's not the case either with them. Do not engage in any contract with them, they are terrifying to deal with."

"worst customer service ever. Alarm company is Horrible. They are lairs. I was told with my own equipment i would i could cancel with 30 days notice. Sales person lied and gave me 5 year contract. I never complain. stay away from these thieves. They threaten me into paying 500$ or they will report me to collection. Take my advice and stay away from this garbage company."
