"Made an appointment, over one week out from the time of my call. Appnt was to be at 10:30 am. At 11 am no one had shown up and no phone call from the company telling me why. I called the company and was told the plumber might still be at his first job. I was told I'd get a call back with an ETA. Never got a call back. At 1 pm, I called and left a message that I was cancelling anyone from their company coming out. I get a call back, as the girl is talking to me, she abruptly says she has to go and will call me back. She never called me back I've moved on, found a much better, reliable plumber."

"We contacted PSI to check why the drains were backed up. They came on short notice when all other providers were preoccupied (Friday before Christmas). Team of two, younger guys. They checked the septic, said it was full and that they don't pump. They asked for their service fee (1h min), and left within 20 minutes of arriving. A second opinion from ABC Cesspool & Septic Pumping said the tank probably wasn't full, but that there was probably a clog that could be dislodged. It was evening at this point so we took matters into our own hands. After digging down 3 or so feet, I found the septic cap. Sure enough, upon inspection, there was a blockage. A few pokes with a pole, and it came gushing out. Everything is working again. ABC said while it wasn't totally full, it was due to be cleaned, more or less confirming PSI's diagnosis. I've scheduled the cleaning with ABC. 3-stars for availability on short notice during a holiday weekend and getting it partly right. However, they were totally disinterested in fixing anything, and punted the problem. I can't review their work as I ended up doing it myself."

"I was charged $670 in labor to replace a wax ring under my toilet. Plumbing Strategies charged me for 2 plumbers at 2.5 hours of work each to replace a wax ring under the toilet. I was informed by Heather that the extra plumber was needed to help lift the heavy toilet. It’s not complicated to replace a wax ring. I’m not a qualified plumber but I’ve replaced numerous wax rings under toilets in less than an hour and all by myself. Be warned about the number of hours and the number of plumbers they will charge you for a small project."

"On the Friday afternoon before Christmas, I arrived at my (hospitalized) brother's house to find 2 toilets plugged, the third running and the kitchen sink leaking. Plumber Larry was there within an hour, fixed everything and helped with a few other plumbing tasks as well. (The usual plumber could not be bothered.). I recommend this company and Larry in particular very highly. Call them first."
