"possibly one of the worst government entities I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As you will see from my profile, I don't know that I've ever given any place a 1 star rating, but this place makes you feel like something is wrong with you for expecting them to simply do their job and give you your mail! I am still suffering the consequences of using this post office, from mail getting bounced back to just plain lost. I missed bills, credit cards, gifts from family... I don't generally call out names, but... Ryan and Margaret have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are rude, throwing packages on the counter and walking away without saying good bye, getting in arguments with customers and just a general I don't care about you attitude. And Marlene who runs the place... Nefarious. It's like she's playing some kind of mind game with you! No straight answers! I am absolutely thrilled that I switched to the Haiku PO. They are so helpful, friendly and welcoming there. I hope to never cross paths with the Paia post office again!!!"

"They recognize me, greet me by name, and bring me my packages -before I even say anything every time and I probably only go in once every two weeks at most. Kind of good spirited professionalism you don’t see very often and they got it monopolized"
