"Overall, the gym is good, but I have complaints about the ease of using the pool. I’m glad they’re having swim lessons, but I’ve showed up on multiple occasions and I can’t swim because they’re doing swim lessons. As a member of not notified the time of the swim lesson so I can avoid those times I decided to use the swim lanes. Last time there was two open swim lanes. I did know that there is a reservation system, but I just assumed if lanes were empty, I could use it and if someone told me that they had a reservation, I would’ve gladly got out of the the pool. Johnny. an employee in shape, came to me and complained about me swimming without a reservation. She could’ve been friendly and explained the process, but she was very rude and actually condensating, and she called me “honey”. She appeared that she wanted to be confrontational as I also told her I would gladly get out of the pool if somebody needed to use it, and then they were empty lanes. I hope she sees this management sees this and they can work on their communication style. Also, a note to management. It’s hard to know if you’d like to swim with the last few minutes and there’s an open lane you think you’d be able to swim"

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The layout of the gym is strange. There are really open areas and some really cramped areas to workout. I like the mini gym for more privacy"

"They must be giving out free memberships because there's not a lot of room to work out when it seems crowded with hundreds of people. I guess that's more friends to make. They run out of rags to wipe machines off. I could just bring my own rag. The spray bottles go empty. Their food and drinks are over priced. Someone broke into my locker and my lock was gone."

"Very pricey gym but it has everything I used to come here years ago and changed to save money but I'm back again because there is no comparison. Its a you get what you pay for in a gym situation. The app is nice too."
