"I was so impressed with this storage facility. My daughter had a storage locker there for 1 1/2 years. During that time, my daughter had lost the key to the personal lock on the unit. We expected we might encounter a hassle when we came to clean out her locker, but we ended up having wonderful customer service in regards to this. They worked with our schedule and drilled the lock for us at no charge. I'm sure it was a hassle for them, but they were so friendly and understanding. Vacating the locker was a simple process with minimal paperwork and no extra charges. I highly recommend this storage facility!"
