"As a whole, I'll be fair and give Mid Pacific Pest Control the benefit of the doubt as a company with a 2-star rating rather than basing my decision off of one unhappy employee and a 1-star bruiser. EXPERIENCE: Long story short, MPPC was hired by a realtor to do a termite inspection on our home before it sold. Male tech arrived grumpy, curt, condescending and just plain rude. Who acts like that in this day and age of job instability and insecurity? If you don't like your job, quit! My spouse was taken so aghast that he was sent on his way without completing the job. We let the realtor know OVERALL: I'm sure this one individual doesn't represent the company's vision but he sure does ruin it for them. A second company, Bowman, was sent to right the wrong. What a night and day difference in a service technician."

"Had this company perform a termite inspection for a sale and received a clear report. Moved in and found termites in clear view. Lynn stated that pest report was only good for 2 weeks although there was clear evidence that termites were there when the inspection was done. I would avoid this place at all costs and go with someone else. Spoke with someone named Mark, who is apparently the owners son. The gentleman was incredibly rude and condescending, which makes me understand now why there are nine 1 star ratings. It was one of the worst attempts of trying to, rectify,” the situation I’ve ever seen. Told me that it was ants that are apparently eating the wood. Very disappointing."
