"Worst. Venue. Ever!!! Just returned from my trip to Reno to see Hank Williams Jr. and felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased premium seating for me and my husband several months ago. Not only did we pay for the more expensive tickets, we also paid for a hotel and traveled 100+ miles to see the show. The "security" was so involved in the performance, taking pictures and video, that everyone from the lower ticketed seats completely took over our entire section. The crowd pretty much laughed at security when asked to leave... absolutely no control over the crowd whatsoever! I did not feel safe in the slightest and could barely see the performance. Needless to say, we left early. Never again will I go to the NEC and I will make sure to warn everyone I know before they make the decision to purchase a ticket. Get it together people! We want to feel safe when attending concerts."

"This is a nice theater it is a little more packed then what looks like on the computer when you order tickets. The room is smaller than you would expect so they're is really not a bad seet in the place."
