"Not deliver the packages making you go the office when the working hours are not the best for people like me with a full time job, call them and the person that answer was very rude and disrespectful. They need to improve a lot because that is our tax money for, for services not excuses. They need to di a better job if they want 4 stars right now is 0. I will like to talk with the main office post office to report this because we pay for our stuff to be delivered not to keep them in the office to be returned. They should pay more attention to details and have more empaty and consideration."

"Loving our new mail carrier Jody! I had a question about my package while not trying to be a bother in her busy route, she was so kind to stop and answer my question. Usually in the post office they give you a QR code to leave a review but she didn’t have anything like that on hand. Anyway, my overall experience with her was great! We love her on our street."

"Post master Lowan is so unfriendly. If you have multiple residences and your driver's license doesn't match the address for your delivery address, just show your passport as ID instead, and you'll avoid this manager threatening to "charge you a fee" in a tone that not even your least favorite math teacher would resort to."

The day before someone from their office called and left a message reminding us about having everything so we would not be turned away. Only one parent allowed in to go over paperwork and then the second parent is called in to sign. Lots of parking and beautiful drive up to Hau‘ula."
