"Didn't know where my package was the entire time in transit. Didn't call me back after I left several messages. Didn't answer the phone when I called multiple days in a row. Was told I had to pay extra shipping but then when I called, they didn't know how much the shipping was. Got to the office and they said they didn't have my shipment after I was told that it was there and then it took them about an hour to figure it out and find it. Honestly, this was the single worst shipping experience I have ever had."
"Not great service they do not respond to their voicemail or answer their phone and then they would not deliver after I paid. They said it's not in their area 30 miles away. I could have got it off the boat myself a week faster and not paid anything."
