"Worst freight forwarder on Oahu. They said they could pickup a pallet and ship to mainland as I was moving off island. The next week, they say they can’t ship it after I am off island. Unreliable. Then they charge me $200 for picking up the pallet they can’t ship and will not release the freight they can’t ship to another forwarder who can until I pay the pickup fee. Small businesses stay away. They can’t be counted on when you need a shipment shipped off island. Horrible communication from Rachelle lol. If you need timely and professionally services, do not use them."
