"The judge apparantly does not know the law. She makes a ruling on a hearing that should not have been made. It was sent to appellate court where there was an expensive cost to be over ruled by district court on nevada. Case was sent back to moapa court where it was prolonged for 5 months. Finally had a court date where another judge dismissed because the claim should have never been ruled on in the first place. Do not trust this process. Unbelievably unhappy about this misjustice."
