"They boast of "Same Day Proof of Delivery" while I wait forever on hold for POD I've been requesting for an entire month. I have yet to receive it."

It’s now 530pm. The main office is now closed, still no contact from any delivery people…I have no idea where our stuff is."

Mission statement during their gold music is a joke. “We pride ourselves on our on time delivery and customer satisfaction”, I was told there was a delivery window of 12:00 - 4:00, which I stayed home from work for, and as 4:00 passed with no word from anyone, I had to call to see what what was going on and appeared to be a an annoyance to the customer service department as she laughed at my situation. Still no sign of them or word from them as of 4:30. Never use these “people”."
