For the service they provide, the price and the service is more than sufficient. I have sent a few and they arrive even in the south of the Philippines in a small barrio, they have my trust with my packages now. Edit: My packages arrived at my parents' place and intact, great for a low price if time isn't of the essence."

"As much as I like Atlas, the pickup appointments are almost an hour late arriving. Customers have to initiate status updates on drivers. And when they say they’re about 5mins away, they weren’t. There needs to better communication between pickup drivers and customers so customers have the option to reschedule."

"Best place on Oahu to ship your boxes to the Philippines! Boxes arrive in 6 weeks, much faster than competitors. And despite what the lady who gave a bad review says, they DO help you with your box, from your car. But they don't have to, and it isn't their job. It's the customer's job to bring their own box. Don't give a bad review because of that, dummy. There are two girls who work the desk, and the man is often out picking up other boxes and can’t always be there to help. By the way, I’ve shipped a lot of boxes with a lot of companies, and NONE of them come to my truck and help me unload them. I always have to carry my own box to the office, like most other places."

(November 15) They said, "The money will be available on Tuesday." (November 17) This is the first time it has happened to me because I always send money through this company. This has been the worst experience and this will be the last time I am going to use this company. Unacceptable and I DO NOT recommend this company. Especially when my family really needs money.
