"We were looking for a ride from Hilo to the Volcano National Park and found Bonnie. She was beyond great. She provided the transportation and filled us in on how to best use the time we had to see the park. Bonnie also showed us many things we would have missed on the trip to and from the park. "Bonnie picked us up from the cruise ship port for a short ride to the airport where we were renting a car for the day, exploring Volcanoes National Park. She was friendly, helpful, and professional, and suggested we call her 10 minutes before we turned in the rental car to get a ride back from the airport to the cruise ship. We did so, but just got voice mail. Left a message, waited a while, called a 2nd time, and in the end we had an awful time getting back to the ship as there is essentially no taxi or Uber service at Hilo airport. Disappointing--we felt she could have at least picked up or returned the call if she wasn't able to come as arranged."
