"I just had a HIKVision 12 camera system setup at my home by In the Sky and I can say it was the best experience I could have wished for and more. Ronny, Nik, and the rest of the crew was fantastic!! I can honestly say, from the estimate to the installation and the follow-up of question to resolving any issue, it was marvelous. I had obtained 8 quotes and, In the Sky, had the best quote for the big job I was looking to completed. Their price was more than fair, and I would recommend them over any of the extremely expensive quotes I got from some of the other companies in the valley. My security camera setup is a top of line brand and now I see my setup on the level of a commercial security setup. I am not some person that is trying to bring up In the Sky's ratings but am a retired Military Officer and retired Law Enforcement Officer, that wants to thank In the Sky, Ronny, Nik and the rest of the crew for taking care of me. "I was referred to Ronny from In the Sky by a friend who has used them several times and was very happy with his work. Called the office to set up a quote and I was told Ronny would call me back, well 4 days go by no call back. So I call the office again and let them know it’s been 4 days no call back they informed me Ronny will call right away and he called within the hr. We set up a day for him to come look at the house for a quote and he canceled the first appointment two hrs before he was supposed to be there…again wasting my time and money. So we rescheduled the appointment and he made the next one and told me he’d have a quote to me in a few days. Well a week and half goes by and I haven’t heard anything so I call the office they pass the message to Ronny cause you can never just talk to him yourself and he says I’ll have it to you by the end of the day. End of day came no quote, noon the next day no quote. So I called the office and told them to cancel the quote, I’ll find someone that wants the work (it was a big project too I have quotes up to 13k). All in all I chased this company and Ronny for a month trying to earn their business and didn’t get anything out of it. Hopefully they figure out how to manage their time and earn more customers. Hopefully your experience is better or your project is worth their time."

"This is an update two years later and the original review is below. I recently changed out my modem/router with new internet service. In the Sky walked me through the changes over a series of emails and was very friendly. This was great customer service and I am very thankful for the assistance. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a camera system or anything else they supply. I purchased an eight camera system through In the Sky in July of 2016. The owner came right out and gave me a quote the same day. His team did a great job installing the system. The owner even came back a month after the purchase to show me how to use all of the DVR features. I've had to email twice since owning the system and have always received a fast response. The power recently went out here and wiped out several of the DVR settings so I could not connect to the phone app. These guys had me up and running in 10 min over the phone. It would have been easy from the to tell me it is not their problem as their service warranty is 90 days. Yet, they went above and beyond to assist me. I will be sure to recommend In the Sky for anyone needing surveillance equipment and installation. I would also buy any future systems from them as they know how to treat customers."
