"The staff is polite, the marketing is good. They will do as they describe. However the actions they take are not worthwhile. Negotiate with the creditors yourself, get it in writing that they will remove the marks after you make an agreement with them. Lexington claims they MAYBE able to clear the marks within 6-12 months (780$-1560$ of paying their subscription). The money you pay to the sub can go towards negotiations. Lexington won't absolve you of your debts they will only change how it appears on your credit report."
